Description:

This IM pacakge contains the WeaponExpert individual mutator.  In this IM package you can specify the following things: the starting weapon, if the player will drop the starting weapon when killed, if the player can change weapons, and if the player has unlimited ammo.  This package contains 6 seperate individuals, each of which can be configured differently, named "alpha", "bravo", "charlie"...thru to "foxtrot".  The "alpha" version of the weapon expert can also be used as a regular mutator.

In the configuration window there is an edit box where you can type the package name of any unreal weapon - whether it's a UT weapon, a weapon from the original Unreal, or a weapon from another mod - such as AgentX, U4ET, Infiltration, enhanced redeemer, or sticky purple grenades.  It doesn't matter.  The drop box beside the edit box will search *.int files in your [UT]\system directory for any weapon listings.  Selecting one of these choices will automatically fill in the edit box with the appropriate weapon package name.  This editbox will NOT contain all the weapons available on your system.  Check out the Cosmic homepage message board for additional lists of weapons and their package names.

It is important to note that not all weapons are well behaved.  You will have to experiment to see which weapons work well within this IM package.

This UMOD package also contains the "WeaponExpert OldWeapons" mutator.  If you wish to use any weapons from the original Unreal, you will also have to add this mutator when you start the game.  UT, by default, tries to replace all the old Unreal weapons with the UT equivelents.  This mutator is the only way to get around this problem.
