Hello dear ThieveryUT players, this is a small mappack containing fixed versions of the original maps. Please note that these versions are unofficial and not supported. All credits go to the original authors. The geometry/architecture of the maps is still the same. Atleast you won't notice a difference when playing since geometry changes were restricted to bsp/portal fixing and other map related stuff. Fixes 01/17/2009: [TH-Aquatone3] -[F]Decovase in Guest room near lift doesn't have a loot value any longer. -[F]Fixed Lift. -[F]Fixed Vent Spawn Bug. (Thanks to Brody for providing me information on this bug.) [TH-Aquatone3Redux] -This is a small altered version of Aquatone, based on the original design of the map. There are some reference shots of the old Aquatone on the ThieveryUT homepage. It started out as a small fun project but it turned into someting stable over time. [TH-Darkened-Enlightment3] -[F]Fixed a BlockAll in Masters house. -[F]Fixed fireplace. -[F]Fixed all carpets. -[F]Added Blockalls to library house roof window as it is on DE-2. -[F]Tidied up geometry to improve bsp rebuiding so you only have 57 zones instead of maximum zone count. -[F]Slightly tweaked path network in upper guesthouse. [TH-Darkened-Enlightment3-Lite] -[C]Lootlimit = 800 [TH-Flats6] -[F]Fixed the Lootspawner. Now all 120 locations are addressed. Note that these have always been present, they just didn't work before. (Thanks to FRH for this one) -[F]Fixed some textures in spawn. -[F]Map Rebuild to fix BSP-Errors. Might cause a slowdown, but you will most likely notice it on a 1.0 Ghz pc or slower :P -[F]Added some Blockalls at pipe near spawn (on the roof). -[C]Added approx. 3 new loot locations. -[C]Also added some new loottypes to make it look abit more awesome. -[F]Fixed two doors in NE. -[F]Made pots with plants masked. [TH-Folly2] -[F]Fixed picking Ruby through cage exploit. [TH-Gerome3] -Thanks go to Bandit for this one since he found most of these bugs. -[F]Removed invisible bodies at spawn. -[F]Fixed some loot dispensers. -[F]Fixed broken ICH in South Barracks in the room with the metal floor. -[F]Fixed SB roof chimney so you can't fall in it. -[F]Fixed fireplace ladder to library. (I took the GeromeNew solution for this one) [TH-Grange2] -[F]Fixed that BSP error above exit. -[F]Fixed that door texture in UWW and also its pivot. [TH-Grange2Redux] -This version has a different lighting. I just wanted to see Grange at night once :D. This version also has fixed window in Alfonsos room. [TH-Korman2] -[F]Fixed chestpeeking exploit. (that one really spoiled the map) [Th-SkeltstonHead2] -[F]Fixed carpets. -[F]Added/Fixed some textures. -[F]Fixed chestpeeking exploit. [Th-SkeltstonHead2Lite] -[C]As above, but this time with only three chests. This was meant for low playercount. [TH-Stronghold2] -[F]Fixed chestpeeking exploit. [TH-Nostalgia2] -[C]Reduced cloud speed since it looked too fast. -[F]Fixed Gem exploit. (Thanks to Brody for providing me information on this) [TH-Theatre2] -[F]Fixed invisible actors collision. [TH-Bourgeois2] -[F]Fixed all portal leaks (wow that was a hard piece of work!) -[C]Addded locationIDs. Now you can finally find your teammates. -[F]Altered water height in sewers to weaken the submarine exploit. I don't know if it worked but I could not swim in it. -[F]Fixed library light when opening secret passage door. In the "FixedTUTMaps3Alts" folder you can also find some alternative map versions that still have some weaknesses. [Th-SkeltstonHead2B][Th-SkeltstonHead2LiteB] -These versions have only two exits. One of the boats will be deleted at start. (The middle boat will always stay). There is a small engine bug with this. When you jump in water where once was a boat you won't hear a sound. It's not really fixable since you jump from one zone into another, back into the previous zone and then enter the water zone. But if you can live with it you might want to give it a try.
