Admin Tool v1.3 by [os]sphx

1. New commands & options

a) Version 1.3:
        1. Added Get! option so it's easyer to see what options (tickrate, gamepass...) are in use before changing anything.
        2. Fixed some minor bugs in the code (ban and kick in some cases didn't work...).
        3. Moved New AdminPassword Button down becouse some players are blind and sometimes change adminpass instead of 
            gamepass (cheers |Shark| & ZX12R).

b) Version 1.21:
         1. Now all users can add new commands to "Additional Commands" and "UTPureRC7x Commands".
              (to add new commands, you need to edit "AT.ini" in your text editor like Notepad). (thx dP^Bwana)

c) Version 1.20:
1. Added Set New Admin Password option
2. Added Set Max Players option
3. Added Set Max Spectators option
4. Added Admin Say Banner Text option
5. Added Ban Player option
6. Added UTPureRC7x commands
7. Added ModMenuChecker & DiverseInformation commands
8. Fixed Read Tickrate & GamePass bug (in version 1.1 it didn't show gamepass)

2. Instalation:

Just extract AT files (AT.u, AT.int & AT.ini) into your "Unrealtournament\System" directory (delete older versions of AT if you have it installed -> delete AT.u, AT.int & AT.ini from your UT\System directory).

3. Admining instructions:

Main Window: All functions in this window [except Server Settings] work without restarting the server. For example, if you are on the server that has tournament=on and it's set for 6 players, and only 5 players are present, you can force game to start by just setting the MaxPlayers to 5. It will automaticly reduce number of players without restarting server and loosing time. The new option in v1.3 is Get! -> it allows you to see server settings before you change anything. P.S. When you click Get! UT gives you information into CONSOLE, so click TILDE (key below ESC) or go to UT and you'll see it as a message !

Additional Commands Window: All commands in this window [except Restart Map :F ] work without restarting the server. ModMenuChecker v120 (Download from UnrealAdmin.org) is an script which allows you (whel logged as admin) to see ModMenu's of all players in the server. This command (Show ModMenu's) works only if ModMenuChecker v120 is installed on your server. Diverse Information [DivInfo] (Download from UnrealAdmin.org) is an script (server-side) written by TNSe which gives few more options for server administrators. As ModMenuChecker, it works only if your server has it installed.

UTpureRC7x Commands Window: Those commands are usefull only for servers that have installed UTPureRC7x or versions before (RC6x ...) Only UTPureRC7x (Download UTPureRC7E from UnrealAdmin.org)has all the commands that are supported here. Commands like Coaches or WarmUP will not vork on older versions of UTPure. Remember, before you change something, always click Show Information and you will see all the functions of UTPure (enabled or not).

4. Credits:

AdminTool is originally created by TNSe. He did an awesome job, and the whole community thanks him (except he removed Tweaks from UT :F ). I think he's not angry with me for editing his tool, because I'm doing it for free and for the community.

I'd like to thank dP^Bwana who helped me with part of the code (allowing users to add their own buttons in Additional Commands & UTPure commands). Thanks!
