*==> Mod description

First off, this mod is a new gametype called Gladiator.  In 
this game, the objective is to kill as many opponents as you
can in a series of 1 on 1 contests.  A game consists of each 
human player taking a turn at being The Gladiator.  The 
Gladiator then fights each of the other players one at a time.
When one opponent is dispatched, the Gladiator remains at
his current state (weapons/health/armour) and a new opponent
is brought in at full health.

The Gladiator has a given number of lives (configurable in the
Rules menu).  When The Gladiator loses all of his lives, a new
Gladiator is brought in.  Once each player has had 1 turn at
being The Gladiator, the game is over and the player with the
most kills wins.

Bots can be added to the game, but they will only be used 
as opponents and will never get a turn at being The Gladiator.

This gametype works best on smaller maps.

*==> Installation

To install, just unzip the .umod file and then doubleclick 
on it.

*==> Known issues

	- On startup, bots' invisible bodies remain on the map.  They
	  don't do anything, but the rocket launcher will lock on them
	  and occasionally you can bump into them.  The problem appears
	  to go away after a bot is spawned and killed for the first
	  time.  If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this, PLEASE
	  let me know.

*==> Changes for Version 1.00
	- Randomized the seeding of gladiators and opponents before
	  each match so that it's not the same order every game.
	- In the scoreboard, colored the current gladiator's name gold
	  and the current opponent's name red.
	- Squashed the last of the ranking bugs (I hope).

	- Fixed bug with players leaving invisible bodies on startup
	  and after deaths
	- Added code to handle people quitting mid-game
	- Added gladiator gameinfo to HUD
	- Changed the scoreboard

		- "Frag Limit" now reads "Gladiator Lives"
		- Removed Force Respawn option (it's always enabled in Gladiator)

      the Fraglimit in the options menu).
